Shipping Policy

We’re committed to making the purchase, shipping, and/or return process as simple and seamless as possible.

Shipping costs are not included in the product cost, and will be calculated at checkout. Because our products are hand poured and all natural, they may be prone to melting during hotter months. We recommend bringing in your package as soon as it’s delivered to protect their medicinal quality.

We ship on weekdays, Monday through Friday, from Seattle, WA using USPS. Orders are packaged and shipped within a day of order confirmation, except for holidays.

To reduce our footprint as much as possible, we use minimal packaging and avoid plastic as much as possible in our materials and process.

Returns

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that unused products have not been tampered with. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. Please check every ingredient before purchasing as we are not responsible for any adverse or allergic reactions or irritations.
